This was my first trip to Turin. I should have stayed longer, it is an amazing city. This hotel represents the type of hotel everyone seeks. Don't miss staying at this hotel or visiting Turin All the staff were kind, helpful and very accommodating. Nothing but praise for this hotel and staff.

The hotel has character. I enjoyed using the vintage lift. And also the rooms were clean. Good hotel.

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff were extremely kind and courteous and helpful. It is located just a five minute walk from the Porta Susa train station. Because we booked two rooms, and we were traveling as a family, they gave us an entire apartment to use, which was incredibly clean, with a full kitchen and living room and multiple terraces overlooking the courtyard and the street. The elevator is quite small so just be prepared for that or taking the steps. Everything felt very secure and quiet and it felt like having our own apartment in the city for a few nights. Would highly recommend!

A convenient choice for international trains passing through Porta Susa station. For the price the room and bathroom were very good, better than other more expensive hotels locally. Also very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely staff, nice rooms, great location and amazing price. Views are really nice and they booked a lovely resturant for us. Would come again!

We were very impressed by Hotel Torino Porta Susa for our one night stay in Turin before catching an early morning train from the Porta Susa station. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, extremely good value, and in a perfect location for both the train station and a walk into the centre for sight-seeing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful so we'll certainly come back to the hotel when next in Turin.
